Common questions

How much does Kellasa cost?

Free for the first 5 editors in a workspace, forever. Beyond that, $0.99 / extra editor / month (or $8.99 / extra editor / year). Guests and viewers are always free. See pricing.

I never received the verification / reset email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s genuinely missing after 5 minutes, email us and we’ll either resend manually or reset your account state.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — sign in, then visit /account/delete. Confirm your password and type DELETE to permanently erase your account. If you’re the only owner of a workspace, the whole workspace and its tasks go with you. If you can’t access the page (e.g. you forgot your password), email us from the address on the account and we’ll do it manually.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days; you can export everything as CSV fromWorkspace → Export. After 30 days the workspace and its tasks are deleted.

Do you have an iOS app?

Yes — currently in TestFlight. Email us if you want to be a beta tester.

Operational status

We don’t have a public status page yet. Major incidents are posted to @kellasahq and emailed to all workspace owners. Expect a real status page once we have a real customer base.
