Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kellasa, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the service. We’ll always tell you before changing them in any material way (and you can stop using the service at any time).

1. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). One person can own multiple workspaces; one workspace can have many members.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use Kellasa to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

3. Your content

You own your content. Projects, tasks, comments, files, and notes you put into Kellasa belong to you. We only use them to operate the service for you (store, render, back up, deliver via API).

You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the product. This license ends when you delete the content (or the account). We never use your workspace content to train third-party models.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. We don’t offer a contractual SLA at the moment; enterprise customers can request one (email us). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via email when it would cause downtime.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time (email us; in-app deletion is coming). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or billing risk. After closure, your workspace is retained read-only for 30 days, then deleted. Export to CSV before then if you want a copy.

7. Warranties & liability

Kellasa is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can’t be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally (clarifications, new features, legal updates). For material changes, we’ll email all account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s residence; disputes are resolved there unless local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
